All products supplied by Peptivity are laboratory research chemicals, sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory experimentation. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or supplements, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.

• Purchasers must be qualified researchers aged 21 or over.
• By placing an order you confirm the products will be handled by trained personnel in an appropriate research setting.
• Purchasers are solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to them.
• Orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch. Prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and may change without notice; the price at confirmation is final.
• Peptivity may decline or cancel any order that appears inconsistent with research use.

We collect only what an order needs: your name, phone number, and delivery address. We use it to confirm and deliver your order — nothing else.

• We never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
• Courier partners receive only the delivery information required to complete your shipment.
• All parcels are packed discreetly, with no reference to the contents.
• To have your order history removed, contact us on WhatsApp, LINE, or support@peptivity.org and we will delete it.

Every order is dispatched from our Bangkok stock in discreet, tracked packaging. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for transit.

• Bangkok: same-day delivery for orders confirmed before the daily cut-off.
• Nationwide: express shipping to all 77 provinces, typically 1–2 business days.
• A tracking number is shared as soon as your parcel is with the courier.
• Wrong, damaged, or missing items: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace them at no cost.
• For product integrity, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned or resold.
